They called from the hospital while we were on the way and they’ll take me soon as we get there so surgery may start closer to 2pm. I figure we oughtta be about halfway done by now but I can’t really see what they are doing

Sam said he had scheduled a post for 4 pm. So, no, he isn’t typing while he is having the procedure. LOL!
I was trying to understand this post I was confused thanks for the clarification.
I think he had a lot on his mind!
