Sunrise service was really nice this morning but I’m not great at getting up so early. I hadn’t been sleeping well for a number of days until the last couple days when I had to get up early… funny how that works. Anyways, we had a fair number of guests visiting Salem from other Waynesboro churches including the guest preacher Reverend Bell. We were challenged by Reverend Bell to “go into the world and spread the Gospel”.
We have our Easter cross leaning against the split rail fence behind the fellowship center. The top rail of the fence kinda detracts from the picture. The sun was shrouded by clouds for quite a while but when it burned through it was beautiful.
Thank you Jesus that although you never sinned you took our sins upon yourself as if they were your own so we could be saved and reconciled to Father God.
